Quote
The room moves when the question moves — not when the advice arrives early.
Coaching on the Codex is facilitation under load: sharpen the question upstream, run a written prep sequence, read the person’s map before you import yours, feel the body signal before the behaviour script, and rehearse before the live moment. The member’s inner story lives on Identity (MoC) — this map holds how you hold the room for yourself, a client, or the group.
This map is questions, prep, alliance, and professional frame only. Belief or Judgment fights live on the Identity map. Rep quality lives on Deliberate Practice (MoC). If you cannot name the friction, step up one level at the foot.
What people get wrong
- Advice before the question. A fluent answer to a soft question trains the wrong axis for six months.
- Charisma over checklist. Prep is timestamped and reusable — inspiration is not a workflow.
- Model stacking. Plural frameworks need ethics and fit — not every tool on one slide.
- Fixing behaviour before sensation. The body often fires before the story — read interoception first.
- Outcome rehearsal only. Process script and arousal matter as much as the happy ending image.
