Quote
Hours logged are not the coin. Correction is — on a named edge, before the week ends.
Expertise is not a mood and not a marathon fantasy. It is reps times quality of correction at the limit of what you can do today — task named, feedback tight, edge honest. The Club runs that through one Battle and its tipping point: three short passes beat one long ghost, and the inner movie only counts when it matches what you will actually do.
This map is training quality only — not habit cues, not identity story, not preparation logistics. If the block is I never start, open Habit (MoC); if it is the wrong self showed up, open Identity (MoC); if you cannot name the friction yet, step up one level at the foot.
What people get wrong
- More hours equals more skill. Information fills shelves; only correction changes behaviour on the next rep.
- Comfort-zone repetition. The same easy pass feels productive — without edge, there is nothing to correct.
- One heroic Sunday session. Three brief reps with stated feedback beat a single marathon where no one tells you what failed.

Your move
From your Battle, write the tipping point in one line. Design three deliberate reps (≤5 minutes each) with stated edge and feedback. Log one correction you acted on within 24 hours — not the rep you skipped.
