Quote
You are not one self. You are four lenses — and most weeks only one of them is fogged.
Self-architecture is how you run on four lenses at once: who you are under cost, which role grabs the wheel, how you model cause and effect, and what you measure on purpose. When a week goes sideways, it is rarely all four — it is one lens fogged. The skill is not polishing the whole machine; it is noticing which lens this week’s friction is testing, and cleaning that one glass.
This is the map you open when you cannot yet name the problem. Read the four lenses, feel which one your Battle keeps pressing on, then drop into the single domain map or doctrine that sharpens it.
What people get wrong
- Working all four at once. One clean lens this week beats four half-wiped ones. Depth, then breadth.
- Lens equals job title. These are operative views of yourself under pressure — not labels on a CV.
The four lenses
Short on time? Open 1 · Who shows up under cost — Install only.
1 · Who shows up under cost
Install: Be You, The Real You — strip performance before you name the gap.
Science: Identity — what is defended under cost.
Layer stack: Temperament, attitude and personality — given through embodied; open Identity (MoC) · 2 · Layer stack for the Gap rep rule.
2 · Which role grabs the wheel
Install: The Power of the Alter Ego — deliberate role for the edge you are training.
Science: Archetype — recurring role pattern under pressure.
3 · How you model cause and effect
Install: The Glassbox Mindset — make the model visible before you defend it.
Science: Mental Model — how you predict and explain the world.
4 · What you measure on purpose
Install: Lag vs Lead Measure — move the lead before you re-check the lag.
Science: Quantified Self — track what you intend to change.

Your move
Pick the one lens your Battle keeps exposing. Write one line in Manual Of Me: When this lens is weak, I notice ___. Then read only that lens’s install link this week — not the other three.
