Working definition
Every success is the downstream consequence of the quality of the preparation upstream.
How it works
Performance is a lagging indicator. Whatever you produces in the moment is the consequence of what you prepared before the moment. Quality of preparation = quality of life upstream. This is the Club’s most-repeated doctrinal line.
The protocol applies fractally:
- At the session level — the three-minute countdown that opens every Club session is the smallest visible instance. Three minutes is enough to prepare to be present.
- At the day level — the morning ritual: Active Recall, Flashcard, Morning Voice.
- At the evening level — OTT (Organize Tomorrow Today).
- At the week level — choosing the Battle Of the Week and its Tipping point.

Your move this week
This week’s micro-action (24–72 hours):
- Identify one event this week (a call, a meeting, a Club session, a workout).
- Allocate a deliberate preparation block proportional to the event — three minutes for a small one, twenty for a large one.
- Treat the preparation block as part of the event itself, not as setup.
- Notice the difference in how the event lands.
