Working definition
Organize Tomorrow Today. Plan the next day the evening before — the subconscious does the heavy lifting overnight, and the morning starts already pre-loaded.
How it works
A practitioner who walks into their morning without a plan spends the first hour deciding what to do. A practitioner who walks in with a plan written the night before spends that hour executing. The difference is not the plan; the difference is the eight hours of sleep during which the subconscious has been organizing the work.
OTT is the smallest visible instance of the broader Club doctrine All Success Lies in Its Preparation. It is also the daily-cadence equivalent of Morning Voice and the weekly-cadence equivalent of the Sunday-evening planning ritual.

Evening concrete plan — subconscious night shift — morning pre-loaded. Your move: Your move this week.
Your move this week
This week’s micro-action (24–72 hours):
- For the next three evenings, write tomorrow’s plan before bed.
- Three lines minimum: the tipping-point Battle, the two non-negotiable deliverables, and the one boundary (what you will say no to).
- Notice the difference in how the next morning lands.
