Abstract
A Playcard is the card you take in hand to run a play at home — one
> [!info] Playcard · …block (axis · muscle · time · intensity, the move, when/not to re-run), then a three-step checklist: read doctrine → use prompt (prepare) → fill form (capture). Done = Form submitted.
Where Playcards sit
The Club delivers in three layers. Playcards are the third:
| Layer | What it is | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Done With You | live coaching | training sessions |
| Done For You | the packaged knowledge | Concepts · Atlas · Resources |
| Do It Yourself | Playcards — the card you run at home | this shelf |
A Playcard does not teach new doctrine. It points: read this → run this prompt → fill this form. The Prompts and Forms are ingredients; the Playcard is the recipe.
How to run a Playcard
- Read the card — strip line + move + When / Not (and First if gated).
- Run the checklist in order — Use Prompt first (draft answers); Fill Form last (capture on submit).
- Tick the boxes as you go — the card is your checklist.
The cards
| Playcard | Rhythm | Pull it when | Output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ikigai Playcard | event | purpose vague or after breakthrough | one operational Ikigai sentence |
| Alter-ego Playcard | event | frontal to-do stalls | three observable items, run today |
More Playcards are on the way — one per output a member builds at home.
