How to

1. Write your four circles. Up to three things each, in the box below, then press Sharpen. The AI proposes your centre sentence and names the circle that is still vague.
2. Check and send. Press Put it in the form: the form opens with your lists, the sentence and today’s date. Change anything that does not sound like you, then send.
3. Check your inbox. A copy of your answers arrives within minutes, and a few minutes later your Ikigai page in your Manual Of Me shows them; the earlier version stays in its history, with its date.
