Working definition
Own justness is when you stop asking only whether something is just by external reference — you create the reference you decide is just, then build from that évidence.
How it works
When you ask is it just? without naming the yardstick, you borrow someone else’s ethics, culture, or market boxes — and your own signal gets biased. Own justness flips the stack: you decide what is just, state the reference, and act as if that évidence is enough. Others may dislike it; that is not the vote that runs your business.
Maps like Human Design fascinate because they offer differentiation — and someone, somewhere, created that frame. Club move: invent the job, invent the reference, then calibrate (Be Your Real Boss · Permission withheld). This is not relativism as fog; it is authored criteria you can review — like an Alpha you revisit on day seven.
Distinction from Permission withheld: permission names acts you still refuse; own justness names the yardstick those refusals hang on. Distinction from Personal Standards: standards are the bar of quality; justness is the bar of right-to-exist for the offer and the self.

The WOW: I decide this is just — point barre.
Your move this week
- Write one line: I decide ___ is just because ___.
- Attach one seven-day Alpha that acts from that line.
- Notice once where you still ask is it just? without naming whose reference.
