Working definition
Permission withheld is the real problem under “how do I authorize?” — the specific acts you still refuse, named before you solve the how.
How it works
You ask for technique — scripts, funnels, certainty hacks — while the block sits upstream: you have not authorized the unfinished sale, the daily publish, the fee ask. Until selling unfinished work becomes a new norm — Alpha Milestone, not Omega — resistance stays structural (Be Your Real Boss). Appreciation and hate of a trait often point to the same gap: they authorize what you still refuse.
Body signals at publish (throat · gut · sweat) get translated into Storytelling that stops the move (Interoception · Saboteur mechanics). The symptoms can stay; the relationship to the symptoms changes — “body preparing,” not “end of the world.” First clarify where you do not authorize. You cannot solve a problem you have not named — axe before the cut.
Distinction from Inner Tribunal: the tribunal judges; permission withheld names the acts still unauthorized. Distinction from Be Your Real Boss: Real Boss is the identity reclaim; permission withheld is the inventory that makes reclaim concrete this week.

Your move this week
- List three acts you still do not authorize (sell unfinished · publish daily · ask for the fee — or your own three).
- One short page — names only, no how-to yet.
- Pick one unauthorized act and attach a seven-day Alpha minimum to it.

Self-efficacy — belief you can execute the specific act governs whether you start, how hard you try, and how long you persist (Bandura 1977). Human agency — people shape life through intentional action, not only reaction (Bandura 2006). Permission withheld is the Club inventory that names which acts still lack that authorization.
