Working definition

Morning Journal is your morning question rail: a short structured capture that primes attention, names today’s hard situation (Battle wire), and locks today’s micro-rep inside your multi-week deliberate practice — before the day names you.

How it works

You do not stack every known morning strategy. You run a selective form: what will happen · what you rejoice in · the word that describes you today · which situation will be hard · what you train across weeks · what you implement today · genius-zone action · what to remember when it gets heavy · how you will know the day succeeded · how you improve the form itself.

The hard-situation line is the Battle wire. The day’s word primes reticular attention. How I know I succeeded is prospection before the whistle — not regret after. Pair with Morning Voice when the channel is audio; use this when the channel is questions + capture.

Kill friction with iPhone Shortcuts so one tap opens the form.

Short rail · hard situation named · day success criteria written before inbox.

Stack burns the morning; rail names hard situation and today’s micro-rep before inbox. Your move: Your move this week.

Your move this week

Run the form below once tomorrow before mail — answer only the hard-situation line if time is tight.

Operator demo form — fill as practice; your own shorter rail can replace fields later.
