Working definition
Pressure is what moves the business forward; lightness is what keeps you sustainable — govern both poles in the same quarter, instead of killing one to prove the other.
How it works
Marie-Aude’s Q3 map uses three storeys — business, home, energy — each with its own WIG and lead measure. The tension is not pressure or lightness but which pole you train this week on each storey.
Pressure without lightness produces burnout that masquerades as commitment; lightness without pressure produces drift that masquerades as balance. Master of Opposites applies: you do not eliminate a pole — you govern it inside 90-90-1 and cadence of accountability.

Yann on 2026-06-29: Marie-Aude names pressure (what moves the business) and lightness (what keeps her sustainable) — not opposites to erase but poles to govern while Prep Pulse anchors Monday to the Battle already chosen.

Pressure and lightness are poles to govern — same visual family as Master of Opposites (force and release in one body). Marie-Aude room stays in prose above. Your move: Your move this week.
Your move this week
- List your three storeys (business · home · energy) — or your active planes this quarter.
- For each, name one WIG line and one lead measure.
- Tag which storey you are training pressure on this week and which lightness — one line each.
