Working definition

You grow when you choose the problem worth having at the height of your ambition — not when you declare war on an imaginary sabotage you hope will vanish.

How it works

Many practitioners pick Battles that are really fantasies of removing sabotageif only I weren’t anxious, if only the tools worked, if only I felt ready. Fighting that enemy keeps you busy and often magnifies the part you tried to erase.

The alternative is Problems at the Height of Ambitions made operational: name the problem you want because it serves the mechanic you chose — sales delegation while abroad, holding tension at the close, publishing with a cadence you can keep. That problem gives the Player a real arena and a measurable tipping point.

Unwanted fear-problems belong in Manual Of Me as saboteur mechanics; wanted problems feed Battle Of the Week. Sort fit with Problem quality — same effort reads as craft or martyrdom depending on the problem you chose.

Fantasy sabotage magnifies the enemy — choose the ambition-sized problem you want → Battle. Ines delegation stays in prose above. Your move: Your move this week.

Your move this week

  1. Write one problem you want this week — concrete, ambition-sized (delegation, closing, visibility).
  2. Write one problem you are only solving from fear — route it to Manual saboteur mechanics, not Battle.
  3. Declare the Battle on the wanted problem only.
