Working definition
Tripartite reins split responsibility across personal self, AI labour, and company-as-third-party so Real Boss governance is explicit before you delegate further.
How it works
You treat AI as an on/off switch — use it everywhere or fear it everywhere — and then feel that what it produces no longer belongs to me. Tripartite reins names three seats: you (identity, standards, somatic anchors), the model (labour, drafts, speed), the company (brand, privacy posture, what must remain attributable). Until those seats are named, critical thinking has nowhere to land and orchestration becomes abdication.
