Working definition
Journaling is a game-changer when the capture is short, repeated, and wired to review — not when it becomes a second job.
How it works
Yann’s line in the room: trade a Netflix slot for journaling. The journal gets short because you train it — hand → note → app → Tally → second brain; one-button shortcut. Beginners may need 15–30 minutes on genius alone until answers exist; then myelin makes it minutes.

Example
You skip the form for a week because “I already think about my day.” By Friday the Weekly Review has no data. That is B2 miss — thinking is not capture.
Signature
Trade entertainment time · keep the rail short · train until it is minutes.
Your move this week
Replace one entertainment block with one journal pass (morning or evening).
