Confusing the two keeps you safe from the uncomfortable move. Efficiency vs effectivity adds energy cost; this doctrine adds aim honesty — did the block serve the need or only the feeling of work?

Failure modes
- Tagging without a need — labelling blocks busy/productive against no Q3 lever; the exercise becomes theatre.
- Only counting hours — motion time mistaken for aim progress.
- Starving the uncomfortable move — long lists of small wins while the independence or Battle rep waits (Independence lever).
