Abstract
The Codex always reads the same way. Learn the layout once and you never relearn it. This page explains how every concept reads, the compass, and the four library layers.
What room am I in?
The left tree is the map: Home · Concepts · Sessions · Members · Resources · Atlas · Maps. The page title is the room. A Playcard still opens with its move; Apps and Quotes still open with a quote. You do not need a second label on every page.
How every concept reads
| Layer | What it gives you | Section |
|---|---|---|
| Doctrine | Definition, mechanism, distinction | ## How it works |
| Signature | The image, phrase, or ritual that lands | ## Signature |
| Move | One action for the next 24–72 hours | ## Your move this week |
Same spine on every concept page — you never relearn the layout.
The compass — 3B Method
| Axis | Question | Concept |
|---|---|---|
| B1 · Be You, The Real You | What is true underneath the noise? | Be You, The Real You |
| B2 · Be Your Real Boss | Where do you reclaim authority? | Be Your Real Boss |
| B3 · Be Your Own Limits | Where do you train the edge? | Be Your Own Limits |
The four library layers
When a replay or note sends you outward:
| Layer | Start here | You open when… |
|---|---|---|
| Doctrine | Concepts | Yann’s operational teaching — Battles, rituals, weekly moves |
| Atlas | Atlas | The neutral mechanism behind a concept |
| Books & tools | Resources | Playcards, Apps, a named volume, or Research |
| Maps | Maps | A curated mastery trail when you already know the topic |
Default path: Concept → Atlas → Book or Research (from the Atlas Sources).
Run homework at home (DIY)
When Your move this week deserves a guided sequence, open a Playcard — one page that walks you read doctrine → use prompt (prepare) → fill form (capture), to one output. Deck: Playcards.
Ask the Codex Guide
The in-page librarian points you to the right page — navigation only, not therapy, not Yann live:
Next
Optional once — Your context (~5 min, stay on Codex). After your first week — Your feedback (two-minute pulse on what helped or confused you on the read path).
