Abstract
Read this once. It explains how the Codex is organised, so you always know where you are.
Two parts

Ask
Ask is in the black box, bottom right, on every page. It knows only you, never other members. You can ask it to:
- find something: When did I talk about how I make decisions?
- list things: List every pattern I have shared.
- explain: What pattern do you see in me?
Every answer shows its sources. You can also write a personal note. Ask reads it right away.
The left menu
The menu on the left is the map of the site: Home, Concepts, Sessions, Members, Resources, Atlas, Maps. The page title tells you where you are.
How a concept page reads
Every concept page has the same three parts, so you never relearn the layout.

The compass: three questions
Yann’s method (the 3B Method) asks three questions.

Going deeper
When a replay sends you further, go in this order:
- Concepts: Yann’s teaching, the idea and your move.
- Atlas: the science behind the idea.
- Resources: books, research, tools and Playcards.
Maps give a reading path on one topic, once you know the basics.
Guided exercises (Playcards)
A Playcard is one page that guides you through one exercise. You write in the box, send, and your Manual Of Me page updates by itself. Ask can read your answers. All of them: Playcards.
Graph (optional)
On the right, the Graph shows the pages linked to this one. Red is this page, blue is your pages, grey is the library. You do not need it to train.
Codex Guide
This chat helps you find pages in the shared library. It does not know your own pages. For questions about you, use Ask.
