How it works
Capture — Voicenotes, journal, Morning Voice — friction while it is hot.
Organise — notebooks, Codex structure, member Practices — sort without pretending capture is curation.
Distil — session synthesis, concept doctrine, Atlas spine — one insight per note, remove-to-add sharpening.
Express — publish, podcast, Pulse — optional fourth beat; not every capture owes the world a post.
System within the system adds the guardrail: buy Quantified Self gear only when API feeds the second brain — Oura, Whoop, connected scales — not collector trophies.
Example
You add a fifth capture app before distilling last week’s Voicenotes — inbox grows, nothing ships. That is B2 miss-steer — you bought motion instead of removing what paralyses the pipeline.
