Mechanism
Interoceptive signal often arrives before explicit story. Clinically, patterned tension (gut, throat, pelvic floor, shoulder guard) can re-fire under familiar cues — exposure and interoceptive attention can retune the chain when paired with graded safety. The popular label memory in fascia is contested in mainstream biomechanics (tissue adapts mechanically; trauma storage claims remain debated) — treat the frame as patterned somatic reactivation, not a proven literal engram in connective tissue alone.
