n8n runs cloud workflows for Yann’s Club: Tally → member capture, future session prep reminders, and operator notify lanes. Members see outcomes (forms on Codex, Pulse emails and room posts) — not the workflow editor.
Club-facing surfaces
- Tally forms embedded on Codex — friction recipes, engagement filter, Manual capture.
- Club room — Codex pulse post after Publish waves.
- Prep notices (planned) — eve-of-session reminders (Battle, Victory Journal).
VTT-to-Codex pipeline (room example)
Zoom notifies when a recording is ready → webhook triggers a cloud workflow → thirteen named steps (VTT extract, session draft, propagation hooks) run unattended. Manual path was ~two hours; harnessed path completes in minutes while the operator does other work (2026-08-19 · Harness · First Principles).
