Abstract

Your first seven days. Five small moves that make you autonomous inside the Club — no waiting on anyone. Each takes minutes, not hours.

The five moves

  1. Set your Battle. On your Dashboard (initials), name your Current Battle — the one friction worth training this week — then one Next Micro-Action (72-hour rule). The doctrine: Battle Of the Week.
  2. Write one line in your Manual. Open Manual Of Me and add a single true line — a recipe that works on you, a sabotage you noticed, or a signature strength. One line today is enough.
  3. Show up live, or replay. Join a morning call, or open Weekly and read the newest replay topic-first.
  4. Run one Playcard. When a move deserves a guided sequence, open Playcards — each card walks you read doctrine → use a prompt → fill a form, to one concrete output.
  5. Use the rhythm. Before each live session a Prep Pulse email lands (your Battle, victories, forms). After each Publish wave a Pulse tells you what is new. Let those carry you to the right page — you never have to hunt.

Optional — once (~5 min)

Open Your context and submit the form below the intro — country, timezone, work mode, bandwidth. Soft nudge only; never blocks live session. Helps calibrate Prep Pulse and examples to your life.

What “done” looks like

By the end of week one you have a named Battle, one Manual line, one replay read, and one Playcard run. That is a fully functioning Personal OS. Everything else is depth you add when you want it — not a backlog you owe.
