Cursor is the IDE Yann uses to run path-scoped agent rules (.cursor/rules/), draft session notes from 99_Raw/Transcripts/, fold Zoom chat exports, propagate Personal OS dashboards, and stage surgical commits to the parent obsidian repo. Obsidian Publish (codex.yanngabioud.com) remains the member-facing surface; Cursor is private infrastructure.

When to use

  • VTT → 20_Sessions/<date>.md synthesis passes.
  • Reading-Stubs classification and graph hygiene.
  • Validator runs (_Systems/scripts/validate-vtt-pass.py) before handoff.
