Abstract
You just joined Yann’s Club. This is your five-minute orientation: what the Codex is, why it exists, and the one thing to do today. When you finish, open Your first week.
What the Codex is
The Codex is the published face of Yann’s Club — a mental-fitness operating system for solopreneurs. It is not a course to finish. It is a training ground you return to each week to choose your adversity, name the gap between who you are and who you are becoming, and install your own operating system one move at a time.
How the Club runs
| Live coaching | Three mornings a week — Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 08:00–09:00 Europe/Paris. |
| Replays | Every session is written up topic-first. Missed one? Open Weekly. |
| Your Personal OS | Your own folder under Members — your Battle, your next move, your evidence. |
| The library | Doctrine, neutral science, books, and tools — there when you have appetite, never homework. |
The one move today
Open 30_Members → your name → Dashboard (your initials) — for example Dashboard (P.G.). If your folder is not there yet, write to Yann — access comes first, then your page. Read your Current Battle, then write one honest Next Micro-Action you can finish in 72 hours. That single sentence is the whole method in miniature: a real friction, a small move, a short clock.
Then create your personal profile: open Your context and submit the form (~5 minutes). Country, timezone, how you work, when you have bandwidth — so Prep Pulse and examples fit your life. Soft nudge; it never blocks a live session.
Next
When you have done that, open Your first week — the rhythm that turns one move into a habit.
